Public profile and acceptance

When signing in through Telegram, separate registration consent permits importing your name, @username and available avatar. Recognizable participants and approved judges appear in rosters, groups, teams, leaderboards and results. A profile shows role history, verified results, awards and a Telegram link when provided.

Open rosters do not reveal which scored work belongs to which author before completion. Process videos are not public. Private bot notifications require a separate /notify; /notify status does not subscribe you, and /mute turns them off.

Public-profile terms and privacy

No fees or cash prize pools

Participation, voting, judging and creating competitions are free. There are no cash prizes or payment flow. Artists provide their own latex, machine and materials; the app does not sell a mandatory participation kit.

This is permanent-makeup practice on training latex, not a competition involving procedures on people.

Artist, organizer and independent judge

You can browse competitions without signing in. Actions require verified sign-in; the server checks permission for each action. A signed-in artist can create an event by choosing a category, technique, a real uploaded reference, format options and sequential deadlines.

The creator runs the event, reviews submissions and approves the panel. They cannot compete or judge in their own event. Judge approval applies to that event only, not to the whole platform.

Starting requires at least two participants and two judges independent of the authors. Groups and battle royale require at least four participants. Judges cannot score themselves; using another form name does not remove a role conflict.

From reference selection to admission

  1. During voting, each user has one ballot selecting both a reference and a format. Choices can be changed before the deadline, and users can propose a real reference; an event supports up to eight references. Reference ties follow addition order; format ties follow the order of options set at creation.
  2. Participant registration and judge applications remain open until voting ends. Limits are 64 participants and 12 judge applications. The organizer approves independent judges.
  3. After the deadline, the organizer opens submissions. The reference, format, participants, teams or groups and panel are locked. Registration cannot continue after voting closes.
  4. An active participant receives a personal word to write on the latex before taking photos and video. It stays the same throughout the event, including later rounds. Submit one new original work per round: an unfiltered photo and a private process-video upload. Old external links do not become private platform files.
  5. The organizer manually checks authenticity, photos, video and the absence of names, contacts or other identifiers. They admit the work or give a rejection reason. The platform does not claim automatic AI, forgery or plagiarism detection.

Five formats

Classic: one round with a shared reference. Individual places follow the average total score from the panel.

Groups: at least four participants, in groups of up to four. The best two from each group enter the semifinal; the top three in the semifinal enter the final. All three rounds require new work using the locked reference.

Battle royale: at least four participants. The best half of scored works advance after each round; everyone tied at the cutoff advances. When up to three artists remain, a final is held. A complete tie requires another round. The limit is 12 rounds, after which the event is cancelled rather than inventing a winner.

Teams: two equal named teams with locked rosters, one round. A team result is the average score of all its members. Individual places and a team victory are separate results.

Countries: at least two countries from participant profiles. Delegations are locked at the start, and each result is the average score of all its members. Country is self-declared, not an official national selection.

For a later round, the organizer sets future submission and judging deadlines. The shared reference stays the same; an old work cannot replace the required new submission.

Blind scoring, feedback and ties

A judge sees event and panel rosters, admitted anonymous photos for the current round and their own scores. The link between a photo and its author’s name or account, video, personal-word metadata, internal notes and other judges’ scores is not disclosed.

Three criteria are scored as whole numbers from 1 to 10: technique accuracy, pigment consistency and care for the latex. A substantive, constructive comment is required. A judge can change only their own scores before the deadline.

A work’s result is the arithmetic mean of the panel’s total scores, up to 30 points. A round closes after the deadline only when every assigned independent judge has scored all required works. If scores are missing, the organizer extends deadlines or cancels the event without ratings or awards.

Final ties share places, for example 1, 1, 3. Names, Telegram IDs and upload speed do not decide winners. In battle royale, everyone tied at the advancement cutoff goes through.

After completion, artists receive their own scores and feedback in their practice history. An unfinished round is not presented as a verified result.

Practice rating

The rating averages the most recent 20 completed, scored events and converts the 0–30 scale to 0–1000. For a multi-round event, the artist’s last scored work is used. Profiles also show category statistics and event counts.

Without scored events, there is no rating yet. Cancelled or unfinished events add no points. This is a practice indicator, not proof of professional qualification.

What earns a certificate

Awards are recorded only when an event finishes, based on real scores and locked rosters.

Participation: at least one completed, scored round in the event.

Gold, silver and bronze: the corresponding final individual place, allowing shared places on ties.

Semifinalist: a scored work in the second group round or the round before the battle-royale final.

Technique, pigment and care distinctions: the corresponding average criterion is at least 9/10 and the final total is at least 24/30.

Team victory: membership in the locked team or country roster with the highest average result; tied victories are shared.

Judge: all assigned works scored by that judge in a completed event.

Organizer: for a completed event with independently evaluated work. This role does not add to the artist rating.

Audience choice: a separate award, only if enabled when the event was created. Voting opens for 72 hours after the official final; one verified Telegram account may change its single vote for another artist’s eligible work. Individual tallies remain hidden until closing; all works tied for the most votes receive the award. Judges’ results and ratings do not change.

A certificate has a saved record, ID and verification link. A downloadable SVG is a copy, not independent proof of issuance. It verifies a specific practice achievement, not a professional or medical qualification.

Data and privacy

Actions are linked to a verified account or a validated Telegram session. Profiles, participation, work photos, video references and scores are used to run the competition. Country, experience and profile information are self-declared, not platform accreditation.

Before completion, a scored photo is not publicly linked to its author. Process videos and the separate personal-word field are private and available to the organizer for review. The word remains on the latex in the photo and video, but is not separately published in participant lists.

Profiles display real results, awards and judging contributions. Phone and email are private authentication contacts: they are not published on the profile and do not imply consent to marketing. Payment details are not public. These rules describe the competition process and do not replace the legal data-processing policy.
